I was dx w Chronic Lyme about 8 years ago when I changed PCP. He put me on antibiotics and referred me to the Infectious Disease Specialist at my local hospital, who met me in the entrance to her office to tell me I did not have Lyme disease! I did not know the politics of Lyme at that time. For twenty years I have suffered through unnecessary surgeries, my perfectly healthy gallbladder was removed as well as 2 major back surgeries! My youngest was born w thrush, which until recently I did not know was a symptom. I have gotten it regularly since his birth 18 years ago! I had a medical instrument left in my back for 9/days and a second surgery to remove it! The pain was unbearable, but nothing prepared me for this fight against Lyme disease n co-infections! I started treatment in June, which consumed my entire income! I cancelled todays appt in leu of paying my utilities! I received a bill today for 75. for a phone call! I don’t know what to do any more, and want these drs and other pharmacuitical companies to pay for wasting my life that I prepared to succeed in! I cannot pay for car repairs and my brilliant son quit school his senior year as he found me unconscious several times. He is afraid I will die if he is not here to call an ambulance! The United States Government should be ashamed of themselves! I want them all go pay w a llymeric vaccines!

There is no lawsuit at this point, since no lawyer has stepped up in more than 20 years. That’s why we’ve taken this fight to the top cops–the DOJ. We had 12 meetings in DC with legislators and are planning a focused campaign on members of the Judiciary Committee–some of whom we met with.
